How will I communicate with my assistant?
Every customer gets a Canadian dedicated line and email to communicate with their assistant. You can also use any platform of your choice, such as: google talk, skype, whatsapp, GotoMeeting, Zoom, etc.
Can my assistant work with my software and tools?
Absolutely! You just have to give your assistant an overview of how you want each tool to be used.
What happens if I don't use all the hours of a package within the month?
You may request a rollover of a maximum of 10 hours from one month to the next.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. You pay for the service every month until you decide to cancel it. We just request a cancellation notice of 1 week in advance.
